This webinar will describe how physical activity can help you increase and or maintain your bone density and teach you certain exercises that can improve your bone health. In addition, you will learn which exercises you can do to decrease the risk of falling. We will also discuss exercise safety concerns for people who have osteoporosis or an increased risk of breaking a bone.
