Yoga and Pilates can offer many benefits to your health and well-being. However, people with osteoporosis should be aware of important safety considerations and modifications when doing these forms of exercise. During this educational webinar, Pilates expert Sherri Betz, PT, GCS, CEEAA, PMA(R) Certified Pilates Teacher, and Yoga expert Matthew J. Taylor, PT, PhD, RYT will discuss how individuals at increased risk of breaking a bone can safely participate in Pilates and Yoga Classes.
